We hoston our website with the provider Hostinger. The servers on which our website is run are located in France. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring our website is displayed as reliably as possible. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. These are the following details:

Booking widget (Smartness)

On our website, we embed a date selection widget which redirects you to the external booking engine of „Smartness“ for room bookings. When you use the widget and click on the booking link, you will leave our website. The actual data collection for the booking (e.g., payment details, personal details) takes place on Smartness's servers. The transfer to the booking page is for the initiation or performance of a contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 5. Plugins and Tools

We use third-party services on our website to improve the functionality and design of our site. Data processing only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Complianz) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts.
